Say hi to Solemn Cycle

Ever since our conception, we have been brewing a wide array of different farmhouse style ales, unique in character and expression. Not many stouts made it to the program, in fact, we have only ever brewed two stouts.

That is until now. Say hi to Solemn Cycle, the first-ever stout from our new location in Greve, just outside Copenhagen.

Solemn Cycle is a coffee milk stout clocking in at 7.8% ABV. Brewed with heaps of freshly roasted and ground Brazilian coffee beans, it tastes like the cup of coffee you need on a Sunday morning with the world on mute.

We're really happy about our first stout brewed at the new location. Solemn Cycle is also planned to be the first in a series of variations, including a barrel-aged version of the beer.
