I am happy to announce that Antoine Robin is joining the Alefam as our new Cellarman.

Antoine brings with him plenty of experience with everything from wort production to the handling of yeast, carbonation and general monitoring and reporting. Before joining us, Antoine was working in Montreal, Canada.
