Today, we have been firing up the good, old Cime Careddu block filler for completing the first canning run of 2019.
Our new beer, Passenger - an IPA at 6.8% ABV that's been double dry-hopped with Citra, Hallertau Blanc and Nelson - went out of the tank and fresh into cans. It's a delicious offering ripe with notes of summer fruits and good vibes.
Our release plan for 2019 will contain a more varied selection of beers compared to last year. You are in for quite some treats featuring raspberries, vanilla, pineapple and other ingredients added to tank beers as well as barrel-aged versions.
