Today is Sunday, the sun is emitting golden rays from a clear sky, things are quiet and the pace is laid back. At Alefarm Brewing, we're spending some much needed time on adjusting and fixing our equipment.⁣⁣

Running a brewery is comprised of many different tasks. Besides the actual brewing of beers, there's plenty of cleaning to be done, piles of administrative work and lots of maintenance. All of these tasks have to be carried out on a continuous basis to ensure the smooth running of a brewery.⁣⁣

A piston in the can filler was acting up, so today we took it apart, cleaned it and tightened all the bolts and screws. Now, it's working great again. Sweet!⁣⁣
